Our Services
Through specialized seminars and workshops tailored to women’s specific needs, such as digital upskilling, CV and interview preparation, and confidence-building, CORA provides practical, actionable support. The service also fosters a strong sense of community, enabling participants to share experiences, mentor one another, and build valuable networks.
Coaching & Counseling
CORA offers personalised coaching and counselling designed to meet the real-life challenges of women who may feel overlooked or unsupported. We create a safe, confidential environment where every woman is encouraged to explore her emotions, rebuild her confidence, and regain a sense of direction.
Our approach is warm, and completely tailored to each woman’s story. Many of the women we support come to us feeling uncertain about their abilities or overwhelmed by personal or professional stress. Through compassionate conversations and structured guidance, we help them understand their strengths, manage anxiety, and set realistic goals that help them move forward.
Sessions can take place in person or online, making support accessible regardless of personal schedules or childcare responsibilities. Every conversation honors the dignity of each woman, helping her recognise that she is capable, resilient, and deserving of a fulfilling future. CORA’s coaching and counselling empower women to rediscover their voice, rebuild trust in themselves, and move forward with confidence and clarity.
CORA’s training and workshop programs are designed to open real opportunities for women who may face barriers due to age, life circumstances, cultural transitions, or limited education.
Our workshops cover essential personal and professional topics such as confidence-building, communication, stress management, CV writing, interview preparation and self-branding. These programs are structured in a way that ensures every woman, regardless of her previous education or experience, can follow, participate, and grow. The language is simple, the methods are supportive, and the pace is designed to encourage learning without pressure. Our advanced training programs, such as team empowerment tools, digital literacy, and legal or employment awareness, are equally accessible. They offer pathways for women who wish to explore new roles, strengthen their competencies, or enter supportive professions.
CORA’s trainers come from backgrounds in coaching, counselling, HR, education, and law. Their experience working with diverse groups of women ensures that the training environment is welcoming, respectful, and empowering. CORA creates a learning experience that is both practical and transformative, helping women reclaim their confidence and develop new opportunities for their future.

Job-Matching
CORA’s Job-Matching service was created to bridge the gap between women who are ready to work and local companies searching for committed, capable talent. We believe that meaningful employment is not only about income but also about dignity, independence, and confidence, and we work every day to make this a reality for the women we support.
Our process begins by getting to know each woman individually. We explore her strengths, her past experience, her aspirations, and any fears or limitations that may be holding her back. We help her prepare a CV, even if she has never written one before or has limited formal work experience. We offer guidance on interview preparation, communication, expectations in Greek workplaces, and practical employment issues such as rights and responsibilities.
We collaborate closely with local businesses in sectors such as hospitality, retail, services, administration, and customer support. Many of these employers are eager to contribute to social impact while also benefiting from dependable female employees who bring maturity, resilience, and real-life experience to the workplace.
Through our Job-Matching service, we create real connections that strengthen both women’s lives and Heraklion’s local economy. Our commitment is to ensure that women who have faced barriers are not excluded from the workforce but are given the opportunity they deserve to build a stable and meaningful career.
CORA is more than a training centre or a recruitment company, it is a community built on understanding, empowerment, and shared experience. Our support and community-building initiatives bring together women who often feel discouraged or invisible. We create an environment where every woman is welcomed and valued, regardless of her background or personal history.
Through group discussions, community circles, informal gatherings, and shared learning activities, CORA encourages women to express themselves, share concerns, and celebrate their progress. Many women discover through our community that they are not alone, that others face similar challenges, similar fears, and similar hopes for a better future. This sense of belonging is often just as transformative as any formal training.
The atmosphere we cultivate is warm, respectful, and deeply supportive. Women uplift one another, form friendships, and build networks that help them move forward in their personal and professional lives. CORA’s community reflects our core belief: every woman deserves connection, support, and a place where her voice matters. Here, we grow together, celebrate together, and rise together.
